Darroch Limited (Darroch) is part of the largest, most dynamic and aspiring property services and valuation businesses in New Zealand. Our experienced property professionals provide high quality valuation services and property management advice across a wide range of industries. We have a Team Leader position in our Auckland office available.
In Auckland the main focus of the team is suburban commercial valuation work. We have an excellent client base built over many years that provides strong, consistent work volumes to all our valuers.
We are looking for a competent and energetic Valuations Director to assist us with a growing book of commercial work being completed in Auckland. The successful applicant can expect to work directly with the Regional and National Directors and lead their own team of valuers.
Applicants should have the following attributes;
A team leader providing guidance when and if required.

- Build positive and durable working relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A detail focus, strong computer and analytical skills and the confidence to make decisions
- Identify and act on potential business development opportunities
