Richard leads the Darroch National Property Services business and has in excess of 18 years experience in the Auckland Property market.

In his role as National Director Property Services, Richard leads a team of experienced commercial and residential property managers to ensure Darroch continue to provide customer focused, profitable property management and consultancy services and is the primary interface between Darroch and its Auckland clients.

Richard has managed large investment and strategic portfolios for both the private and public sectors.
