Darroch is a long standing name in the Auckland market as a reputable valuation and property consultancy company.  Originating on Auckland’s North Shore, Darroch was sold to parent company QV as an opportunity to expand and offer valuation services at a national level.  

The New Zealand practice of DTZ was acquired in 2009 adding significant experience and knowledge both within Auckland and nationally. Within Auckland, Darroch has a team of experienced valuers completing day to day valuation and property consultancy work for a range of clients.
