Chris joined DTZ in 2002 and through amalgamation is now employed by Darroch. He specialises in the valuation of residential property and is a panel valuer for the major trading banks.

Chris is primarily focused on properties within central Wellington including the eastern, southern, western and northern suburbs. He has experience in the valuation of dwellings, apartments, company share units, cross lease flats, home and income properties, rental flats, vacant sections, subdivisions and superior quality homes. He also specialises in insurance valuations for both residential homes and apartment complexes.
